KAPONO is a premium clothing brand operating through kapono.us. References to KAPONO, we, us, and our refer to the KAPONO brand and its owner.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or unauthorized distributors. We do our best to display product colors and details accurately however we cannot guarantee that your device screen will accurately reflect the actual product.

6. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order on kapono.us you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we suspect fraudulent activity or if we are unable to fulfill the order for any reason. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other authorized payment processors. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.

7. SHIPPING

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. KAPONO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. 8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days either party may pursue formal legal action. To the fullest extent permitted by law you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against KAPONO.
